Samantha Windley

Hi! My name is Sammi.

I’ve been working as an illustrator for the past 3 years, however I have always loved drawing since I was little. I recently graduated with a BFA in illustration from Brigham Young University in Utah.

I have created illustrations for the Friend Magazine, various short stories for children for Good Seeds LLC, as well as company illustrations for the Office of IT at BYU. I also was selected to be a part of the Society of Illustrators student show in 2021.

I love to cultivate my creative habits by exploring all kinds of creativity. Being an illustrator for children’s books has been a dream of mine for so long, and I am so happy to be able to see it start to come to life. Books have played such a strong role in my life and I fondly remember many stories from my childhood being littered with incredible illustrations. Being able to now be a part of this creative process means more to me than I am able to put into words.
